By using Bleep ("Bleep LLC"), you agree to these Terms of Service. We understand these terms are important, so we strive to make them clear, concise, and user-friendly. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at help@bleep.is.

1. Your Content and Responsibility

You own all your content on Bleep (notes, bookmarks, files). Your private content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We respect your privacy and cannot access or share your private content.

You are responsible for the content you create and store in Bleep and any harm it may cause. Please avoid creating or storing anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.

2. Our Services

We strive to provide Bleep as a reliable and secure app. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, update, or discontinue Bleep, in whole or in part, at any time. We will try to give you reasonable notice if possible through app store updates or other means.

3. User Security

You are responsible for keeping your device and Bleep app secure. We recommend using device-level security features like passcodes and biometric authentication.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the app's security, you acknowledge that no software is completely secure. We encourage you to maintain backups of your important data.

4. Intellectual Property

Bleep and its underlying technology are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Bleep without our permission.

5. Data Privacy

We do not access or collect the private content you create in Bleep. We collect limited anonymous app usage analytics through TelemetryDeck to understand how Bleep is used and improve the app. These analytics do not include your notes, links, images, files, room names, search terms, or information that directly identifies you. 6. Termination

You may stop using Bleep at any time. You can delete your private content within the app and manage content synchronized through your personal iCloud account. Anonymous analytics events cannot be associated with or deleted for a particular person.

7. Disclaimer and Warranties

Bleep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of Bleep, including data loss or interruption of service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bleep and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Bleep.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through app updates or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Bleep after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
