You own all your content on Bleep (notes, bookmarks, files). All your data is stored locally on your device, and we do not have access to it. We respect your privacy and cannot access or share your content.

You are responsible for the content you create and store in Bleep and any harm it may cause. Please avoid creating or storing anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.

2. Our Services

We strive to provide Bleep as a reliable and secure app. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, update, or discontinue Bleep, in whole or in part, at any time. We will try to give you reasonable notice if possible through app store updates or other means.

3. User Security

You are responsible for keeping your device and Bleep app secure. We recommend using device-level security features like passcodes and biometric authentication.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the app's security, you acknowledge that no software is completely secure. We encourage you to maintain backups of your important data.

Bleep and its underlying technology are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Bleep without our permission.

6. Termination

You may stop using Bleep at any time. To completely remove your data, you can delete the app from your device.

Bleep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of Bleep, including data loss or interruption of service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bleep and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Bleep.
